Welcome
The IPPT used to be no problem. Running, jumping and doing chin-ups used to be just another day in the army. But now, even with the lower standards in category Y and Z, it is still a challenge to get out of the remedial training sessions and the challenge of passing IPPT each year.
Even though you may jog or do a few chin-up at your condo gym or playground below your flat, it just seems harder to pass with each passing year.
This is because life catches up. Work, family and other commitments mean that you don’t have all day to train like you did in BMT. It means that now you have to train “smart” and not just “alot”.
Here is where I can help you. As the top sports performance expert and personal trainer in Singapore, I help hundreds of real Singapore residents each year achieve performances they could not have even dreamed of. And my staff and I at the Genesis Performance Center right here in Singapore do this without dangerous drugs, banned substances or fad diets and training toys.
On this IPPT training website, I will be sharing some of our best training and technique strategies with you. These strategies have been used by lots of IPPT test takers. From special warfare commandos and naval divers, to regular guys who just need to avoid remedial training.
In Strength & Health,
Coach Jonathan Wong
